At Desert Rose, we are dedicated to delivering your orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. 

Our delivery policies below explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders:   


          Same Day Delivery: There is a $29.95 fee for all Same Day deliveries. Orders must be placed by 12pm PST.         

         Next Day Delivery: There is a $14.95 fee for all Next Day deliveries.  Next Day is defined by the following calendar date from the date the order is received, unless that day is a                 Sunday, in which case, the arrangement will be delivered on Monday. 

         2-3 Business Days:  There is no charge for 2-3 Business Day grace period deliveries. Deliveries must be scheduled at least 2 days from order date (ex: if you're ordering on a                   Monday, delivery must be scheduled for Wednesday or later).

      Studio Deliveries with Special Policies: 

      Universal Studios Deliveries -  Universal Studios mandates that our drivers have a "drive on pass" entered into the system. We will contact you on the morning of the delivery to confirm the driver's name.

     Disney Main Campus Deliveries - Please ensure that recipient will be available on day of delivery. If we're unable to reach the recipient, a second delivery charge may apply. 

      Out of Town Delivery: Currently we have a partnership in Austin, TX that can replicate our designs. Please contact us for Austin, TX orders via email at or  text at (818) 928-2770


      If you have provided an email address with your order, we will send a Delivery Confirmation email once the order has been successfully delivered. If we have any difficulties with delivering your        order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.


      We make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 6 PM). Deliveries to Schools and Hospitals will be delivered before 3pm. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM        delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.


     If we are unable to locate anyone to accept the order, weather permitting we will leave the delivery on the door step, if deemed safe by our driver. If we were not supplied with a               phone number for the recipient and have to bring the order back, there will be a re-delivery fee charged on the next attempt.


     We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.


      While we process your request the moment we receive it during business hours, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete. Cancellations must be done.           prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours or placing your order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and subject to a 20% charge.


      We will do our best to hand the delivery directly to the recipient and have them sign for the item, but many businesses require us to deliver to security or the reception area. If this is   the case, we will notate it in your Delivery Confirmation email.
